Following from the conclusion of our episode last week, Dundar Bey, Fohre Hatun and Aygul have left the Kai nomad along with Aygul’s dowry packed into a cart to travel to Alisar Bey’s mansion where Aygul will become the bride of Alisar Bey.
Boke the Mongol escaped Osman’s wrath at his camp and all his Nokers were killed. Osman had attacked the camp along with his favourite Sungur Tekin his Uncle. Uncle Sungar is dressed as a Margaret Church monk but works as a Turkish spy in Constantinople.
Konuralp has given his brother Goktug a copy of the Bill of Sale from the slave markets where Balgay paid for his younger brother . Konuralp is hopeful that the Mongol Kongar will regain his memory and remember that he is really a Turk.
The opening scene this week opens with Kongar sitting at a camp fire along with the Bill of Sale for his purchase. The realisation that he has never been a mongol and that he has a brother who loves him leads Kongar to converting to the muslim faith and honouring his mother and father and his Turkish heritage. Kongar swears to get even with Balgay when he returns from Konya.
In Kurulus Osman Episode 20 English Subtitles, Osman could have shed blood outside of Dundar Bey’s tent last week but he held his anger so that he can further his quest to rid Sogut of Alisar Bey and also to stop his wedding to Aygul going ahead.
Osman plans to attack Dundar Bey on the road on his way to the mansion. His goal is to show Dundar Bey that Alisar Bey has used him and that he did not kill Aybars.
Meanwhile at the Kai Village, Burcin drops a bombshell when she tells Bala Hatun that Osman will not let Aygul marry Alisar Bey and how Dundar Bey had offered Aygul to Osman as his bride previously.
Abdurrahman Gazi returns in this week’s episode after being attacked by Alisar Bey and left for dead. His wounds have healed now after a long period of recovery. Osman greets him lovingly. Abdurrahman Gazi tells Osman the story of how Alisar Bey left him for dead on the day he kidnapped Dundar Bey. He believes also that it was Alisar Bey who killed Batur Bey. Osman swears that Dundar Bey will be held to account for his betrayal and that he will learn of Alisar Bey’s involvement.
Dundar Bey and his family are ambushed on the road to the mansion by Osman. Dundar Bey swears vengeance on Osman and his Alps for the unhappiness he has brought his family and the loss of his son.
In Kurulus Osman Episode 20 English Subtitles, Kongar is brought before Osman who gives him his blessing and forgives him. He welcomes him now as a fellow Turkish brother who will now carry his rightful name by birth as Goktug.
Osman splits his Alps up into three groups. Konur and Goktug are to rescue Princess Adelpha from Alisar Bey’s mansion and take her to safety.
Abdurrahman Gazi is to track Alisar Bey and Osman will go after Dundar Bey on the road to Alisar Bey’s mansion and try to stop the wedding going ahead.
Meanwhile, Alisar Bey brutalises Princess Adelpha back at the mansion. He is looking for Osman. She swears that he will pay for his abuse and tells him nothing.
Osman locates Dundar Bey with his cart laden with Aygul’s dowry. He makes his stand against his Uncle and stands in the middle of the road. He promises his Uncle that nobody will be hurt. Osman hopes that Alisar Bey will leave his mansion leaving the way clear for Konur Alp and Kongar to rescue Princess Adelpha.
Osman’s main goal is to show Aygul and Dundar Bey the kind of man Alisar Bey is and to stop the wedding of his childhood friend. As a matter of fact Osman would prefer to kill Aygul himself rather than to see her given into the hands of his enemy.
In Kurulus Osman Episode 20 English Subtitles, Osman shames Dundar Bey by removing his Kai tribal hat and throwing it away after all his traitorous acts.
Bala Hatun saddles up her horse and leaves the Kai Village after hearing that Osman had been offered Aygul as his wife. Burcin also rubs in that Osman was angered in hearing of Aygul is to be married to Alisar Bey and has left the Village to rescue her from the clutches of Alisar Bey.
Bala feels that Osman has now given up on wanting her as his wife, so she makes a long journey through the forest of Sogut in search of her father’s new camp. She is drawn to tears believing Osman has chosen Aygul over her. She still hears his voice in her mind saying that wherever she goes he will find her.
Osman’s chance to get Dundar Bey to himself has finally come. Dundar Bey still believes that Osman killed his son and also tried to kill him. Osman is now free to accuse Dundar Bey of betraying his people by his alliance with Alisar Bey. He now has proof that Alisar Bey tried to kill Abdurrahman Gazi and it was at the same attack that Alisar Bey killed Batur Bey.
How ever much he tries Osman’s cannot get his Uncle to see how Alisar Bey has used him every step of the way. It frustrates him. He tells him “ OPEN YOUR EYES”! But there are none so blind as those who cannot see.
In Kurulus Osman Episode 20 English Subtitles, Dundar Bey is told that his son died because of his own father’s ambitious nature and alliance with Alisar Bey.
Osman swears that he will make Dundar Bey face Alisar Bey to hear the truth from his very own lips. He ties his Uncle up and commands Boran to take him back to camp. Dundar Bey swears one day Osman will pay for what he has done.
Alisar Bey hears of the abduction of Dundar Bey and Aygul and leaves the mansion. This is exactly what Osman hoped for. His every move is followed by Abdurrahman Gazi hidden amongst the bushes.
Bala’s absence is discovered within the Kai Village. Selcan Hatun wonders how she will tell Osman of her disappearance.
Bahadir meets with his father’s Bey’s deep within the woods. He still is acting under cover for his father and still the villagers believe he is estranged from his father. He plans to attack the wedding guests so that his father can take up the leadership of the Kai once more.
Aygul is brought to face Osman. She asks him directly why he said no to her father’s offer of marriage? Osman tells her it was because he loved her differently. He accepts her as his sister. He tells her that Alisar Bey only wants to use her. He admits that his heart belongs to Bala. Aygul calmly accepts his reason and wishes him a happy life with Bala Hatun.
Osman asks Aygul to help him show everyone what Alisar Bey is really like. He enlists her help which she willingly gives. He tells her he wants her father to face Alisar Bey and hear the truth for himself. She listens to his plan. She will try and guide Alisar Bey into Osman’s trap. I wonder if Osman can trust Aygul.
With Alisar Bey away, Kongar and Konur gain entrance to an unprotected mansion to rescue Princess Adelpha. Their entrance was unimpeded. The Princess, although beaten, is set free and taken into the protection of Osman’s Alps.
In Kurulus Osman Episode 20 English Subtitles, Aygul is placed on a horse and set free to travel to Alisar’s mansion. Her father remains in the cart tied hand and foot.
Aygul tells her father that she is leaving Osman so they can know the truth. She also tells her father that she will not marry somebody who is responsible for the death of her brother. She leaves him to continue her journey to the mansion alone and to execute Osman’s plan.
Alisar Bey has been tracking Osman in the forest but word reaches him of the attack on his mansion. He realises that he has been lured out of the mansion on purpose and turns back. His rage at what he finds is uncontrollable when he realises that the Princess has been released.
Aygul arrives at the mansion and tells Alisar Bey that her mother and father have been kidnapped by Osman and she knows where they have been taken.
Bala arrives at her father’s camp for his new dervish lodge.
In Kurulus Osman Episode 20 English Subtitles, Dundar Bey, Boran and Osman are set upon on the road leading to the meeting place to meet Alisar Bey as arranged by Osman and Aygul. They are surrounded by Alisar Bey and his Alps.
Osman curses Aygul under his breath for obviously betraying him.
Meanwhile at Alisar Bey’s mansion , Aygul stands in front of his mansion staff. She tells them that she has come to marry Alisar Bey and that is what she is going to do. She tells them that Osman is responsible for her mother and father’s kidnapping and her brother’s death. Aygul swears that until Osman is dead she will find no peace.
On the road Osman travels supposedly with Dundar Bey still in the back of his cart, Osman is completely surrounded by Alisar Bey and his Alps.
Bahadir and Boke show up but make no attempt to help Osman but rather they take Alisar Bey’s side much to Osman’s fury.
In Kurulus Osman Episode 20 English Subtitles, It is Alisar Bey’s plan to hand over Osman to Geyhatu.
